Payment
Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before the start date of the course.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than five business days before the start of an online event. A Rs100/- processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Registration fees are nontransferable.
Event Cancellation
1SpecialPlace reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond 1SpecialPlace’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.
Professional Development Facilitator
1SpecialPlace reserves the right to substitute event facilitators in the unlikely event that the facilitators listed cannot conduct the program. Substitution of event facilitators is not a cause for refund.
1SpecialPlace facilitators agree to present materials and contents that are educationally sound for the learning event and will provide timely feedback on a participants progress.
Certificate of Completion
1SpecialPlace provides a certificate of completion for each course participants complete.
