About

Sayee has been working in the field of mental health for since 2015. She has the experience of providing counselling and therapy services in schools, mental healthcare centres and organisations where she worked with children, adults and families. She believes in an eclectic approach and feels that not one glove fits all. Her approach in therapy changes according to the needs of her clients. She believes empathy and compassion can help individuals reach their highest potential. She also has experience in Dance and Movement Therapy and likes to include different techniques in her practice.

Sayee is also experienced in marital therapy and continues to provide couples therapy to couples in need of assistance. She works with children struggling with behaviour issues owing to ADHD, speech delays, teenage issues, and mental health concerns. Mindfulness for stress and anxiety alleviation. She also runs our support group for mothers called Mothers Diaries where moms of children with special needs come together to support and listen to each other.
