About Me

Nivanka has been dedicatedly working since the last six years. She has worked in different clinical settings such as clinics, training institutes, hospitals and private practice. She has catered to the needs of children and adults with speech and language disorders. She also has hands-on training in swallowing rehabilitation for treated head and neck cancer and neuro patients. She has conducted webinar on Neuro-Affirming practise for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and participated in Mental Health day and World Book day Insta live.

She has done internal trainings on Gestalt Language Processing. She has been involved in developing raw materials for the evaluation test materials and Down syndrome training manual. She has attended RCI approved seminars on assessment and rehabilitation of Children with Language Disorders.  She is currently undertaking training on becoming an AVAZ certified AAC professional.
