We offer a very transparent and structured booking process. Our flexible cancellation and re-scheduling option helps you tide over those unforeseen events. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our services, we will be happy to offer you refund as per our policy.

Payment

We accept payment via online payment gateway. Session payments should be done minimum 12 hours in advance of the planned session. For instance, if the session is scheduled for Wednesday 5:00 pm, the payment should be received by Wednesday, 5:00 am.  This time window is needed to process the order and prepare for the session with the Therapist.

Payment Validity

Payments are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of payment. This is valid for all types of services and packages which have upto 10 appointments. For transactions containing between 11-20 appointments validity will be 6 months. Similarly, the validity will rise by 3 months for every subsequent block of 10 appointments.

Booking

Booking for our services is confirmed once the session payment is done. We have different rates for outside office hours session. Our office hours are from Mon – Sat, 9:00 am – 7:15 pm IST. (i.e. sessions starting from 9 am and last session starting by 7.15pm will be considered within working hours.)

Refund

Please contact Customer Support on +91 9760226001 for appointment cancellation and refund. There would be a processing fee as per below:

• All discounts applied in the booking plan would be removed and all sessions conducted till the refund request will be treated at full rates. In addition, charges of 10% of the total amount paid by a customer would be charged and adjusted in the refund amount. 

 

Cancellation/ Rescheduling

• More than 30 mins from the session - Please use the cancellation feature on ModThera to cancel the session. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Support on +91 9760226001 for the same. Please note that a message for cancellation on WhatsApp isn't sufficient. You must wait for the acknowledgement from the Customer Support.

• Less then 30 mins from the session - You will not be able to cancel any session from ModThera within 30mins of the scheduled session. Please contact our Customer Support on +91 9760226001 for emergency cancellations. 

 

• Outside Working Hours - Please use the cancellation feature on ModThera to cancel the session. Alternatively you can contact your Therapist directly for the same. Please note that a message for cancellation on WhatsApp isn't sufficient. You must wait for the acknowledgement from the Customer Support.

No Shows

If you are not able to cancel your session on time and are unable to take your session, it will be treated as a NO SHOW and will be fully charged. In case more than 10 mins have elapsed from your scheduled appointment time and you have not been able to join the session, it will be treated as a NO SHOW.
